Ontario’s universities have agreed to accept transcripts from Douglas College and KPU electronically via the OUAC’s eTranscripts process.
Douglas College and KPU will not automatically send your transcripts to Ontario universities.
If you currently attend, have attended or have withdrawn from Douglas College and/or KPU, you must contact these institutions directly and ask them to submit your transcript(s) as follows:
Undergraduate and Teacher Education (TEAS) Applicants
You must contact Douglas College and/or KPU and ask them to submit your transcripts to each of your Ontario university choices through the OUAC.
The OUAC matches transcripts received electronically from these institutions to your submitted application and re-routes them to each Ontario university specified.
Medical School (OMSAS), Law School (OLSAS) and Rehabilitation Sciences Programs (ORPAS) Applicants
You must contact Douglas College and/or KPU and ask them to submit 1 copy of your transcripts to the OUAC for your specified application.
