OLSAS – Key Dates

Refer to the application and the university's website for up-to-date program details.

You must initiate your payment by the application deadline.
Check Document Tracking in your application to ensure that all documents are received by their respective deadlines.
All deadlines are at 11:59 pm (ET) on the dates indicated.

First-year English Programs

November 1, 2024:
- Deadline for applications.
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive transcripts and references for first-year English applications.
February 1, 2025:
- Deadline for applicants who complete courses in December 2024 to send their fall 2024 grades to OLSAS.
June 30, 2025:
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive final transcripts.
July 1, 2025:
- Provisional acceptances to first-year programs become firm acceptances.

First-year French Programs at the University of Ottawa

February 1, 2025:
- Deadline for applications.
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive transcripts and references.
June 30, 2025:
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive final transcripts.
July 1, 2025:
- Provisional acceptances to first-year programs become firm acceptances.

Canadian and American Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor

April 15, 2025:
- Deadline for applications.
July 1, 2025:
- Provisional acceptances to first-year programs become firm acceptances.
August 1, 2025:
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive final transcripts.

Upper-year Programs

May 1, 2025:
- Deadline for applications to upper-year programs (English and French), including transfer, Letter of Permission, advanced standing and/or National Committee on Accreditation applications.
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive transcripts and references (English and French).
June 30, 2025:
- Deadline for OLSAS to receive final transcripts.
August 1, 2025:
- Provisional acceptances to upper-year programs become firm acceptances.
