This page is a summary of the joint programs that Ontario universities will offer in collaboration with Ontario colleges for the 2025 cycle.
Each institution defines its own procedures for applying to these programs. The following tables provide an overview of the available programs and indicates where to send your application: Either to the OUAC or OCAS.
Some programs are not open to international applicants. Contact the university for information.

Algoma University
Algoma University has a significant number of articulation agreements with Ontario colleges, including joint admission and 2+2 agreements.
Brock University
Brock University has over 80 articulation and collaborative agreements with Ontario colleges. The ease of navigating the pathways makes these agreements a popular choice.
