This page is a summary of the joint programs that Ontario universities will offer in collaboration with Ontario colleges for the 2025 cycle.
Each institution defines its own procedures for applying to these programs. The following tables provide an overview of the available programs and indicates where to send your application: Either to the OUAC or OCAS.
Some programs are not open to international applicants. Contact the university for information.
Program Information
Algoma University
Algoma University has a significant number of articulation agreements with Ontario colleges, including joint admission and 2+2 agreements.
Brock University
Brock University has over 70 articulation, collaborative and joint agreements with Ontario colleges that combine applied education with strong theoretical learning. The ease of navigating these transfer pathways makes Brock a popular choice for transfer students.
